This program includes tuition and student loan repayment! Qualifications Job Requirements Trade or High school diploma or GED required. At least three (3) years experience in plumbing, painting, or electrical field. May require rating ofjourneyman, or possession of appropriate licensure to operate locally. Must possess and maintain valid driver's license Be at least21 years of age.
