Purchase Administrator

Position Description Maintain inventory levels for all production assembly teams, by coordinating orders and deliveries with suppliers. Manage procurement records, supplier communication and purchase orders. Specific Responsibilities (tasks) Inventory management/oversight. Procurement for all product components. Communicate with suppliers regarding status and maintaining on-time deliveries. Coordinate deliveries with freight forwarder(s). Collaborate with Accounts Payables team regarding wire/payments to suppliers. Procure all items to assist internal warehouse operations. Assist other department with stock needs for customer deliveries. Generate and maintain POs for suppliers product lines. (foreign/domestic) Maintain weekly inventory reports for each department. Software Application Knowledge Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, SAP or ERP (Visual). Qualifications 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in purchasing, healthcare, pharmaceutical operations. High School Diploma or higher. Strong organizational and detail oriented skills. Professional communication skill.
