This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Chicago, IL for a Client Advisor. The Client Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized recommendations, and building strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to sales targets while representing the brand values and ethos at all times. Key Responsibilities ENGAGEMENT Cultivate meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients by offering personalized styling and service. Build and manage a robust client book through consistent outreach, follow-up, and clienteling initiatives. Host one‑on‑one appointments and exclusive in‑store events to drive engagement and loyalty. Create an inviting, elevated in‑store environment that reflects Eleventy's refined approach to service. Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations through thoughtful gestures and attentive service. Act as a gracious host, ensuring each client interaction is warm, seamless, and memorable. QUALITY Uphold the highest standards in product presentation, styling, and boutique maintenance. Ensure every garment is impeccably steamed, sized, and displayed in alignment with brand guidelines. Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail across all touchpoints. EXPERTISE Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Eleventy brand, seasonal collections, and styling principles. Confidently educate clients on fit, fabric, and design intent to build trust and value. Collaborate with visual merchandising and tailoring teams to deliver a full‑service experience. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, personal styling, or client‑facing fashion roles. A proven ability to build relationships and drive sales through clienteling. An understanding of CRM tools and how to utilize them. Polished communication skills and a refined, service‑first mindset. Passion for style, Italian craftsmanship, and the Eleventy aesthetic.
