Data Entry SpecialistLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist in Washington, DC. This is a contract opportunity for a growing and fast-paced company. This role entails providing data entry and data maintenance for a project. Our ideal candidate will have data entry experience with wonderful organizational skills and possess the ability to multitask.Responsibilities:Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.Review source documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before inputting information.Identify and correct data errors, discrepancies, or missing information in a timely manner.Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as needed.Assist with routine reporting, file audits, document processing, and general administrative support.Follow company procedures to ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards.Communicate with team members to clarify information and resolve data-related questions.Skills:Excellent attention to detailAbility to multitaskMust possess wonderful organizational skillsQualifications:Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; experience with databases or CRM systems is a plus.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM Employment Type: Contract, Full Time
