Inside Sales Manager

Comp: Base + OTE ($120K–$130K+) We’re partnering with a well-funded, global dental manufacturer expanding rapidly in the U.S. and looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Leader to build and scale their team. The Role: Lead and grow an inside sales team (1 → 6 reps) Own inbound lead conversion + team performance Coach reps, track KPIs, and drive revenue Work directly with executive leadership at HQ What We’re Looking For: Strong with metrics, CRM, and team development Ideally, experience with implants, bone grafts, or DSOs or Medical A strong inside sales manager outside of dental is ok! any industry is ok just need managment experience Why It’s Interesting: Build the U.S. inside sales team from scratch Established global company + startup feel in the U.S. High visibility, real impact on growth Products that directly improve patient outcomes If you have dental sales leadership experience and want to build something from the ground up, let’s connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
