Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inside Sales Representative to manage front office operations, support sales activities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is multitask-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of balancing administrative duties with direct client engagement.

Education:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

Experience & Qualifications:

·       2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, office administration, or a related role.

·       Experience working with U.S. customers, vendors, carriers, 3PL providers, and cross-functional teams preferred.

·       Familiarity with shipping, logistics, import/export documentation, and U.S. customs processes is a plus.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications.

·       Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, vendors, and delivery personnel, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

·       Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries; provide timely and accurate responses to quotes, orders, and service requests.

·       Enter purchase orders, monitor sales data, prepare sales reports, and assist with invoicing and monthly sales analysis.

·       Inspect materials for damages, manage returns, and resolve customer complaints or service delays effectively.

·       Support the sales team by maintaining relationships with key clients and ensuring effective communication with the entire Tatung team.

·       Train new hires in front office procedures and assist staff with daily operations.

·       Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments, track shipments, and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.

·       Communicate with service providers for required services and assist customers with billing questions and support.

·       Maintain office records, filing systems, and logs; manage office supplies and data entry tasks as needed.

·       Coordinate with customers, freight carriers, 3PL providers, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment processing, accurate documentation, and effective resolution of logistics-related issues.

Preferred Skills:

·       Chinese language skills (Traditional or Simplified) preferred: able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Chinese for customer and internal communication.
