Ability to assist with transfers: Applicants must be physically able to help residents with transfers and personal care needs. Marbridge provides hands-on instruction, supervision, and a safe environment, but candidates should have the necessary physical capability to perform these tasks.

Marbridge Retirement Center is a distinguished, owner-operated assisted care residence located at 665 West Main Street, Cheshire. We are recruiting experienced PCAs and CNAs as well as motivated individuals who meet certification requirements. Retirees, students, and trainees who are dependable and eager to learn are welcome. At Marbridge you will find a collaborative workplace characterized by close supervision, regular feedback, and opportunities to grow professionally. Caregivers support multiple residents throughout the day, fostering meaningful connections while providing skilled assistance. Core duties include helping with activities of daily living, safe transfers, personal care, companionship, monitoring health and behavior, maintaining clear documentation, and effective communication with the nursing team and family members.

Shift schedule: Primary shifts are 7:00 a.m.3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.11:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m.7:00 a.m.; we also offer shorter windows such as 4:00 p.m.8:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m.9:30 a.m. We provide flexible part-time and full-time schedules and appreciate candidates who can work weekends.
