Compensation: $36.00 - $58.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $7,500.00

Join our team at Columbia County Health System! We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Registered Nurse to support our palliative care services. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care and supporting individuals and families through serious or life-limiting illness. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and committed to improving quality of life across the care continuum.

What We Offer

Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license; or active Multi-State License
• BLS certification every 2 years

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care, including assessments and symptom management
• Coordinate care for patients with serious or chronic conditions
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Educate and support patients and families through ongoing communication
• Coordinate services, referrals, and community resources
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record
