Operations Team Lead

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience Previous experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel Synapse system experience preferred Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations Ability to read and interpret work instructions, shipping documents, and reports Leadership and team coordination skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment Good communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram‑based instructions Commitment to productivity, quality, and workplace safety Responsibilities Track employee hours and provide productivity feedback Direct and support warehouse employees across assigned accounts Coordinate shipping schedules, rework projects, and cycle counts with customer service and operations teams Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products safely and efficiently Pull and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring order accuracy Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse operations Assist with rework, repackaging, and inventory control activities Support training efforts for warehouse operators and team members Conduct cycle counts, double‑checks, and physical inventories according to ISO procedures Identify and report unsafe working conditions or product concerns For food-related accounts, report food safety concerns to management immediately Benefits Solid Weekly Pay – Direct deposit or payment card, your choice Medical, dental, and vision coverage Optional 401(k) Location & Schedule Las Vegas, NV Pay Rate: $20.35 per hour Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Equal Opportunity Employer Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
