A premier casino and resort in Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Department Manager to oversee operations, manage team performance, and ensure excellent guest service. The role requires strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits along with experience in managing profit and loss statements. You will work closely with the management team to control costs and lead the department to meet financial goals.
