Shift Manager

Overview Shift Manager – a leadership position in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. As a Shift Manager you will be the primary manager for a shift, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and a high-quality environment for customers and crew. Responsibilities As a Shift Manager you will: Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Plan and monitor shift performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards. Maintain safety, security and profitability while communicating with the next Shift Manager. Support the team to meet target results and department goals. Qualifications We’re looking for: Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Strong communication, coaching and training skills. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to lift up to 30 lb.
