- Fast-paced environment Continuous improvement, evaluating and refining our blown film manufacturing processes to optimize performance, minimize waste, and elevate product quality.
- Develop and implement error proofing practices to prevent non-conformances and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Establish and maintain a system of standard operating conditions for all equipment, fostering process control and predictability.
- Leverage data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for further optimization.
- Proactively tackle quality non-conformances by initiating preventive actions and providing technical expertise for incident investigation and corrective action.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, supporting and leading Lean manufacturing initiatives and training machine operators on new equipment and procedures.
