Reporting directly to the SVP, Marketing & CMO, this pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies across key global regions and building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our channel partners. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of building and scaling successful field and partner marketing organizations within the B2B technology sector. ResponsibilitiesGlobal Field Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement a cohesive global field marketing strategy aligned with the evolution of the marketing function and the company's overall business objectives and go-to-market strategyOversee the planning and execution of regional marketing programs, including but not limited to events (virtual and in-person), webinars, workshops, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, tailored to specific regional needs and market dynamicsCollaborate closely with regional sales leadership to understand their priorities and develop targeted marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue in each regionEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of field marketing activities and provide regular reporting and analysis on program performance and ROIManage the global field marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across regions and programsBuild and mentor a high-performing global team of field marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountabilityPartner Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a global partner marketing strategy to drive joint marketing activities and increase sales through our channel partner ecosystemEstablish and nurture strong relationships with key strategic partners, understanding their business goals and developing joint marketing plans that align with our mutual objectivesCreate and deliver partner marketing programs, including co-branded content, joint webinars, partner events, partner campaigns and programsDevelop and maintain partner marketing resources, such as marketing templates, and campaign guidesTrack and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on performance and ROICollaborate with the sales and partner management teams to ensure alignment on partner marketing priorities and activitiesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign executionPartner with sales operations to ensure effective lead flow and reporting on the impact of field and partner marketing activities on sales pipeline and revenueCollaborate with marketing operations and finance to manage budgets and track expenses effectivelyMarket Insights & AnalysisStay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regional market dynamics to inform field and partner marketing strategiesAnalyze marketing data and provide insights to optimize program performance and identify new opportunities for growthQualificationsKnowledge & ExperienceDeep B2B marketing leadership across field, partner, and demand generation in global technology environmentsProven track record of delivering pipeline growth and revenue outcomes across regions and partner ecosystemsExperience building and scaling global marketing frameworks that drive consistency and regional executionDeep expertise in partner ecosystems, including value propositions, MDF/incentives, and co-marketing strategiesStrong background in data-driven marketing, sales alignment, and cross-functional GTM integrationSkills & AttributesStrategic and commercial leader with clear focus on pipeline, revenue, and business impactHighly influential collaborator who aligns senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, and partners globallyBalanced strategist–operator who drives both vision and disciplined execution at scaleData-driven decision maker who translates insights into measurable performance improvementsPeople leader and change agent who builds high-performing teams and drives transformation across a global organizationThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 248,000 - 372,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 248,000 - 372,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
