Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts Coordinate daily clinical operations and resident care Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations Assist with staffing, scheduling, and nursing assignments Support admissions, discharges, and care planning processes Monitor nursing documentation and clinical outcomes Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and compassionately Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team Qualifications: Current Massachusetts RN license required Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities CPR certification required What we offer: Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr BaneCare Management
