The Opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across our corporate and property operations teams.

This is a hands-on role for a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who knows how to identify great talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner effectively with hiring managers.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication.
• Prepare offers and coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Support new-hire onboarding and other HR initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS/HRIS (Paylocity).
• Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (preferably some in-house).
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and brings energy and creativity to recruiting.
• Experience with an ATS/HRIS; Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Location & Schedule

Radnor/Philadelphia, PA

Our office is expected to relocate to Philadelphia in the first or second quarter of 2027. The Radnor location will therefore be the primary work location through the transition. This is an on-site position - working in the office five days per week is required.
