Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Hospitality Systems Location: Orlando, FL (Local Candidates Only) Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 (No 3rd Parties) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and revenue management systems, with hands-on expertise in leading and supporting technology implementations within the hotel and travel sectors. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for PMS, CRS, CRM, booking platforms, and revenue management systems. Manage and oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hospitality software systems, ensuring a smooth implementation process and post-project support. Act as a subject matter expert on hotel and travel technology products, providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and operations, to ensure timely delivery of system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Perform data analysis and reporting on system performance, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization. Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes and best practices to ensure consistent user adoption. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in hospitality systems such as PMS, CRS, revenue management systems. Hospitality Product Knowledge: Strong experience with at least one or more of the following systems is highly preferred: Oracle Opera, Amadeus, TravelBox, HotSOS, Travelport. Technical Skills: Proficient in both hardware and software management, with experience overseeing the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of hospitality systems. Location: Must be local to Orlando, FL. Employment Eligibility: W2 only, no third-party candidates. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
