PeopleSoft Functional Analyst Location: Seattle, WA Job Type: Contract We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM to support ongoing enterprise initiatives and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops. Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration solutions. Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts. Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze integrations, data conversions, workflows, and cross-functional impacts. Contribute to project governance, scope management, risk assessment, and change control activities. Required Qualifications Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules. Proficiency in PeopleSoft Query. Knowledge of Integration Broker, Component Interfaces (CI), workflow functionality, and module configuration. Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery, testing, and documentation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large-scale PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects. Consulting experience within complex enterprise environments. Eclaro
