Human Resources Generalist -- Industrial Manufacturer (36277)

Job Description

An industrial manufacturing company near the West Chester Twp., OH area is looking for an HR Generalist . You will handle daily HR functions (maintain company policies, interviewing & hiring, benefits, administer pay, etc.) The ideal candidate will have previous experience with HR practices & procedures. Experience within a manufacturing environment is a big plus.

This is a full-time/direct-hire position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain recruitment activities (screening, interviewing, hiring)
\n
• Coordinate onboarding & orientation
\n
• Maintain & support employee relations
\n
• Maintain HR programs (benefits, leave, performance management, safety & health)
\n
• Track & maintain compliance documentation
\n
• Maintain compliance with company policies
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related is preferred
\n
• Previous HR experience (manufacturing environment is a plus)
\n
• Experience with handling confidential information
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
\n
• Strong communication skills
\n
• SHRM-CP is a plus
\n
• Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment
\n
• Abe to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 15lbs
