The Kaden Helsel Agency (American Family Insurance) is expanding its Columbia team and seeking high-performing Sales Specialists and Closers . This is an opportunity for driven, growth-minded sales professionals who know how to convert leads, build value, and close business.

Whether you bring direct insurance experience or a proven track record of closing in another industry (solar, real estate, automotive, finance, B2B), we provide the tools and back-end support you need to maximize your earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Execute Full Sales Cycle: Conduct insurance risk consultations, identify coverage gaps, present tailored insurance packages, and close the deal.
• Manage Pipeline: Maintain a high volume of outbound follow-ups, quotes, and active pipeline management to hit and exceed monthly targets.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven Closers: 2+ years of successful sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas (insurance, mortgage/real estate, automotive, solar, or B2B preferred).
• Strong Pipeline Management: Ability to manage leads, prospect and quote in your community, execute direct follow-ups, and overcome objections over the phone and in person.
• Licensing: Ability to obtain (or currently hold) Missouri Property & Casualty and Life licenses (paid for by the agency).
• Competitive Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on maximizing uncapped commission potential.
