About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership during a pivotal phase of growth. The CFO will be a key partner to senior leadership, focusing on growth initiatives, business performance, and the development of a scalable finance organization. This role goes beyond traditional accounting and reporting, requiring the CFO to be deeply involved in financial strategy, and the evaluation of opportunities to support the company's expansion in the specialty insurance market. The ideal candidate will have a background that combines deep insurance finance expertise with strong commercial and strategic judgment. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the finance organization, developing financial models and forecasts, and advising on strategic investments and capital allocation. The successful candidate will be a strategic, commercially minded, and entrepreneurial leader, capable of collaborating with executive and operational teams. Experience in P&C insurance, a CPA designation, and a proven track record of operating as a business partner and strategic advisor are essential. The CFO will also be instrumental in strengthening the financial infrastructure, systems, and controls, and in building scalable processes to support the company's continued growth.
