Constituent Service Representative

U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) seeks a Constituent Service Representative in her Seattle office. The position will consist of providing administrative and clerical support, greeting visitors, managing phone calls, maintaining the reception area, ensuring smooth daily front office operations, and work on casework as assigned. Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, demonstrate an ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks, and be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
