Construction Laborer - Demolition & Site Prep

We are currently seeking a hard-working Construction / Demolition Laborer to join a fast-paced crew. This is a physically demanding role that is perfect for someone who enjoys "boots-on-the-ground" work and wants to see a project through from the first swing of the hammer to a clean site. Experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a background in landscaping, roofing, or manual labor, your skills will transfer perfectly. We provide hands-on training for candidates who show up on time and are ready to work. Key Responsibilities (SEO Keywords Integrated) Site Preparation: Assist with the setup and cleanup of residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites. Controlled Demolition: Use hand and power tools (jackhammers, sledgehammers, saws) to remove flooring, drywall, and structural components safely. Debris Removal: Efficiently clear and haul demolition materials to ensure a safe and organized work environment. General Labor: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including loading/unloading materials and equipment. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards to maintain a zero-incident job site. Qualifications & Requirements The Essentials: Must be able to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions. The Schedule: Must be able to work a flexible schedule , including some weekends as project deadlines require. Transferable Skills: Previous experience in any physical trade (Landscaping, Roofing, General Contracting) is a major plus. Reliability: You must have dependable transportation and a valid ID.
