What You'll Do
- Assemble custom CNC machinery using hand and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Learn and develop advanced mechanical assembly skills through hands-on training
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, or willingness to learn
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow

Job Type & Location This is a contract to hire position based out of Troutman, NC.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
