What You'll Do as an Assembler:

• You'll build and test products using tools, drawings, and work instructions to ensure every finished unit meets quality standards
• Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
• Read and follow blueprints, assembly diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform quality checks and functional testing on completed assemblies
• Identify and report defects, issues, or parts that do not meet standards
• Record production information and materials used
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional production tasks as needed

Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience
• Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude encouraged to apply
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for production tracking
