What You'll Do

In this role, you'll own the customer journey and play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most. Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively reaching out to prospective clients through phone and video consultations.

• Building strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing personalized insurance solutions.

• Presenting products and services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner.

• Managing the entire sales process from initial contact through closing.

• Handling customer questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.

• Maintaining and managing your sales pipeline using CRM tools.

• Following up with leads and consistently creating new business opportunities.

• Collaborating with team members to share best practices and drive success.

• Continuously developing your sales and communication skills through coaching and training opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates are:

• Licensed P&C Insurance Agents

• Life & Health Insurance license preferred but not required

• Excellent communicators who enjoy connecting with people.

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and professional goals.

• Comfortable building relationships through phone and virtual meetings.

• Positive, resilient, and able to overcome challenges.

• Strong problem-solvers with exceptional listening skills.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We value work ethic, attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This position offers a highly competitive commission-based compensation structure with substantial earning potential.

Top performers commonly earn:

• $80,000 – $220,000+ annually
