The person in this role will drive sourcing strategies, optimize the interview process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across all open requisitions. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple complex requisitions, from intake to closing Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and build sourcing strategies Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and targeted networking channels Conduct thorough initial screens to evaluate technical competency, behavioral fit, and motivation Facilitate interview debriefs, drive consensus among hiring teams, and manage offer negotiations Track pipeline health and recruitment metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill and conversion rates What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment Demonstrated expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to advise and push back on hiring managers Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Bonus: Experience recruiting specialized engineering or product talent, or managing university recruiting programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
