This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing repairs to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their optimal performance. - Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and perform timely repairs to minimize production disruptions. - Collaborate with the production team to understand equipment needs and address any operational concerns. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks. - Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment as needed. - Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools, and coordinate with procurement for replenishment. - Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other staff members. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability.## QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role. - Proven experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Experience in preventive maintenance and equipment diagnostics. - Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in an industrial setting.
