JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking an Associate Project Manager to support site integration projects within Engineer Services. The role will coordinate cross-functional activities across Packaging, Labeling, Design Controls, and Biocompatibility while managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
Coordinate day-to-day activities across cross-functional engineering and business teams.
Track project progress, risks, constraints, resources, and key decisions.
Support risk mitigation and contingency planning to maintain project timelines.
Prepare project presentations, status reports, and management updates.
Support teams with project-management processes and tools, including Microsoft Project and Portfolio Navigator.
Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Project Management, Business, or related field.
Strong project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
