Copywriter Position
Our client, a Retail Cosmetics company, is looking for a Copywriter for their Bolingbrook, IL location.
Responsibilities:
- Applies the client Beauty brand identity and voice to every assignment, consistently following brand standards to create a seamless guest experience across channels.
- Contributes to editorial brainstorms and ad hoc requests by offering recommendations that strengthen copy cohesion and alignment.
- Manages multiple workstreams, prioritizes deliverables, and meets deadlines with polished copy.
- Demonstrates efficiency, organization, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to turn around copy quickly when needed. Partners with design teams to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Stays informed on current trends, culture, design systems, and editorial influences.
- Adapts to changing business needs that support the overall brand. Proactively seeks information and answers while knowing when to ask for guidance.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years copywriting experience
- Comfortable working with GenAI
- Experience in agency, beauty, retail copywriting or editorial a plus
- A passion for client Beauty, its products, and its guests
- A great eye for detail, demonstrating creative and innovative problem solving
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills; thinks strategically, critically and creatively
