Janitorial Associate

Overview

We are hiring a Janitorial Associate to support cleanliness and upkeep of a large warehouse facility. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment. This is an independent position best suited for reliable self-starters who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the warehouse
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and work areas
• Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed
• Follow cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and facility guidelines
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns
• Work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently

Skills and Experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail

Dependable and punctual

Ability to stay on task in a large warehouse environment

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
