Janitorial Associate

Overview

We are hiring a Janitorial Associate to support cleanliness and upkeep of a large warehouse facility. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment. This is an independent position best suited for reliable self-starters who can work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning duties throughout the warehouse. Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and work areas. Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Empty trash and replace liners as needed. Follow cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and facility guidelines. Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns. Work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently

Skills and Experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail. Dependable and punctual. Ability to stay on task in a large warehouse environment. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
