Tournament Director

Job Title: Tournament Directors (Full-Time) Start Date: As soon as possible Reports To: Director of Events Location: Hybrid (Cincinnati, and/or Indianapolis, IN) Job Summary Kings Hammer SBD seeks organized and motivated Tournament Directors to support our youth soccer tournaments. These hybrid roles offer full-time opportunities with remote and on-site work in Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN. You'll contribute to seamless tournament operations, from planning and scheduling to on-site execution. Responsibilities Event Planning & Scheduling Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules. Analyze and improve event workflows. Manage tournaments in scheduling software. Collaborate on logistics and communicate schedules. Develop a logistics plan with Operations, incorporating the game schedule. On-Site Management Manage staff and resources. Ensure smooth operations and address issues. Interact with participants and provide customer service. Work collaboratively with other departments. Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Respond to inquiries and ensure clear communication channels. Recruit and retain teams. Attend events to network and promote Kings Hammer SBD Events. Salary: The expected salary for this full-time position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Qualifications Required Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to work weekends, travel, and lift equipment. Preferred Knowledge of youth soccer.
