Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment processes. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Coordinate care efforts with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications and Requirements Relevant degree and licensure in Speech Therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in home health care is a plus.
