We are seeking an experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer to join a dedicated team. This position offers an opportunity for a temp-to-perm assignment, with the option to transition to a permanent role after the initial contract. Candidates must specify their preference regarding permanent placement upon application.

Key Details:

• Location: City, State
• Shift: Day Shift, 5x8 hours (07:30 AM - 05:00 PM)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Work Environment: 6 ultrasound rooms at one facility and 2 rooms at another, with a daily performance of 7-9 detailed ultrasounds.
• Patient Care: High-risk maternal and fetal conditions are common; the sonographer must be skilled in detailed ultrasound imaging.
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed ultrasounds and report findings to medical staff.
  • Assist with procedures including amniocentesis, amnio reduction, CVS, and PUBS.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the field required; outpatient experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ARDMS (OB/GYN), and Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification required.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in fetal echo and ultrasound imaging techniques.
  • Familiarity with Epic charting system is mandatory.
  • Experience with high-risk obstetrics is essential.
• Work Schedule: No weekends, no nights, and no major holidays required.

• Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities as needed.
• Refusal to float may lead to termination of the assignment.
• Appropriate attire: scrubs in any color without prints.
