Real Estate Manager

About the Role Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, oversee real estate operations to control and maintain the bank’s real estate portfolio. Conduct new store growth planning, market reviews, and new site lease negotiations. Negotiate contracts, subleases and lease renewals. Facilitate relationships with real estate brokers and other vendors. Facilitate sale of non‑productive assets and lease administration, which includes CAM audits, property tax appeals, benchmarking, portfolio management reporting, and data control. Administer LOI preparation, market mapping, training, CRA coordination, real‑estate process flow management, relocation evaluation, site/project handoff to construction and development managers, regulatory tracking and applications, insurance, storage, and compliance. Support operations of the Real Estate Department to ensure achievement of short‑ and long‑term goals and objectives. Set production goals and ensure their achievement. Actively participate with senior management to establish corporate strategic plans and objectives. Ensure proper standards are implemented to safeguard company assets. Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and apply to designated job responsibilities. Responsibilities Oversee real‑estate operations and portfolio management. Prepare LOIs, conduct market mapping, training, CRA coordination, and process‑flow management. Evaluate relocations and oversee site/project handoff to construction and development managers. Track regulatory changes, insurance, storage, and compliance matters. Support Real Estate Department operations and meet production goals. Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning. Ensure compliance with bank regulations and policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred). 4–7 years of relevant real‑estate management experience in a geographically dispersed environment (required). Experience overseeing and controlling activities of a functional area; planning, implementing, and maintaining costs, methods, and staff. Experience interacting with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning multiple functional areas or customers. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop others and build relationships. Excellent planning and organization skills; adaptable. Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with PCs and business software (Word, Excel). Ability to train and present to small and large audiences. Travel required frequently. Compensation Pay range: $27.09 – $45.15 per hour. Salary determined by non‑discriminatory factors including job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and location. Location 5885 Meadows Road, Suite 300, Lake Oswego, OR 97035.
