Child Case Manager — Impactful Mental Health Support

Porter-Starke Services, Inc. is seeking a Child Case Manager to provide and coordinate case management for children, adolescents, and seriously and persistently mentally ill adults. You will locate, coordinate, and monitor care and services, including in-home services, skills training, and crisis intervention, while coordinating entrance or discharge from psychiatric facilities.
