The Jason Stoviak Agency is a locally owned Farmers Insurance agency and a Top 10% agency nationwide. Were proud of our growth, but even more proud of how weve grown by educating clients, building long-term relationships, and doing the right thing.

We are seeking a motivated Agent in Training who is eager to learn the insurance business with the long-term goal of agency ownership. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, high integrity, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally within a top-performing national agency.

Responsibilities

Work alongside experienced agents to learn insurance products and processes
Participate in client conversations, policy reviews, and sales activities
Learn how to analyze coverage needs and clearly explain recommendations
Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills
Assist with policy applications, endorsements, and claims processing
Gain exposure to agency operations and business development
