The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and operationalizing a digital backbone that unifies and scales enterprise-grade platforms, driving growth, and ensuring customer readiness. This includes defining and executing an enterprise automation and digital strategy, consolidating and standardizing various operational platforms, and leading the design and deployment of automation and AI across key workflows. The role demands a leader with a strong background in digital transformation, automation, or enterprise systems, particularly in multi-entity or high-growth environments, and a preference for those with experience in construction, telecom, engineering, or field-based operations. The ideal candidate for this VP role at the company will have an operator mindset, be execution-focused, pragmatic, and business-driven. They should be comfortable with the challenges of building from ambiguity and scaling towards enterprise readiness. Key responsibilities also include leading build vs. buy decisions, vendor strategy, and owning cybersecurity and enterprise compliance readiness.
