To continue operating at our high standards, we're seeking Manufacturing Associates (Production) to join us as at Gleason Avery, our gearmotor manufacturer based in Auburn, NY.Responsibilities:Hand assembly of various sub-assemblies and gear motors.Visually inspect all work and rework as necessaryFollow all safety, quality and other company rulesRead and understand supporting documentation for the work areaRotate to various jobs as neededPerform other tasks as required.Test finished sub-assemblies and final parts for quality as instructedMaintain cleanliness of tools, equipment and work surroundingsWilling to comply with COVID mask mandates when neededFollow quality guidelines as providedSkills Needed:Ability to follow written instructionsDiscern quality of parts and materials used in productionFollow company procedures and directivesIs reliable and works well with others.Must have excellent attendanceEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
