About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, guest-focused Tasting Room Sales and Hospitality Associate who thrives on meaningful conversations, finds joy in sharing wine stories, and believes genuine hospitality leaves a lasting impression.

As part of our tight-knit, high-performing team, you’ll guide guests through immersive tasting experiences, introduce them to our wines, and foster relationships that drive wine sales and club growth—all while embodying the warmth and values of our boutique family-owned winery.

•  Comfortable with sales and excited by goals
•  Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
•  Calm under pressure and energized in a fast-paced environment
•  Curious, collaborative, and always growing
•  You effortlessly build rapport and take joy in turning first-time guests into lifelong fans.

What You’ll Do
•  Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
•  Lead memorable tasting experiences that reflect our values, wines, and story
•  Build lasting relationships that drive wine sales and wine club growth
•  Work closely with the team to surpass sales goals and elevate guest experiences.
•  Maintain the beauty and functionality of the tasting room
•  Support wine club events, private experiences, and occasional offsite events
•  Assist with day-to-day operational needs like restocking, fulfillment, and set-up

What We Offer: We know that exceptional hospitality professionals bring tremendous value—and we show our appreciation through competitive compensation, meaningful perks, and real opportunities for growth.
•  Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18–$20/hr DOE
•  Plus Tips, wine sales commissions, and club sign-up incentives for total compensation of $30 - $32 per hour or more. The more you sell, the more you make.
•  Wine allocation and generous employee pricing
•  Paid holidays and PTO (for full-time team members)
•  Opportunities for advancement, mentorship, and industry growth
•  A values-driven culture that celebrates individuality, collaboration, and integrity

What You Bring
•  Valid OLCC Server Permit
•  Valid Oregon Food Handler Certification
•  Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
•  Weekend and occasional evening availability
•  A positive, solution-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
