Product Manager

Translate organizational vision, strategic priorities, and goals into a roadmap of features and enhancements Lead backlog prioritization and align experiences across channels and touchpoints Analyze key product metrics to understand customer interactions and opportunities Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders and influencers supporting B2C/B2B strategies Prepare product documentation and provide stakeholders with product knowledge and technical expertise Influence high-level initiative prioritization for strong business results Help plan the future direction of B2C/B2B channels and features using customer insights and quantifiable business cases Establish program roadmaps and strategies with senior leadership and key stakeholder consensus Influence and nurture indirect team members implementing the product roadmap Drive innovation and continuous improvement within GM Financial B2C/B2B channels Drive execution of a roadmap of features and experiences exceeding customer expectations and meeting business objectives Requirements Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required 2-4 years' experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team required Experience in product management, software product lifecycle, road mapping, and agile methodologies Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating with business stakeholders, user experience teams, project managers, developers, etc. Proven track record of project execution, completing and shipping excellent products on time and on budget Strong analytical skills, including assembling and interpreting data, creating executive summaries, and delivering business insights Exceptional interpersonal, communication, cross-collaboration, and team skills Ability to analyze performance measurements and identify key performance insights Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to synthesize analytic results into strategic recommendations Ability to understand and explain complex issues and communicate situations at a high level Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to create and manage a roadmap of features and enhancements Agile certification required Must not require visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product management and agile methodologies, with a strong focus on translating strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and enhancing customer experiences.
