You thrive in a Scaled Agile Framework, can translate customer feedback into actionable product features, and inspire cross‑functional teams to achieve aligned outcomes.Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems, and information technology related responsibilities including design, development, and analysis of computer systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications; applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that do not perform IT responsibilities, use E146, Systems Engineer.Basic Qualifications• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment• Proven experience working across functions and• Programs to deliver resultsDesired Skills• Certified in SAFe a plus• Experience as a Solution Train Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Solution Train Manager, or Product Owner/Product Manager desired• Experience leading complex IT Systems Integration efforts• Business Process Reengineering experience desired• Experience managing across organizational boundaries• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems, Manufacturing Engineering Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems• Experience working with Siemens Xcelerator platform a plus• Strong Business Analysis Skillset• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively to executives as well as to teams and individual contributorsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
