Sales Support Specialist

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Location: Novi, MI Pay Range: $31 - $33/hr. Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Sales Operations team supporting various internal departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will enable you to thrive within the organization. What's the Job? Coordinate purchase order processing and manage order entry activities with internal stakeholders. Track order status and proactively communicate updates through fulfillment and delivery stages. Serve as the primary liaison for Customer Operations & Support (COS) activities related to sales transactions. Facilitate training registrations and scheduling for customers and internal teams. Create and coordinate service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with relevant teams. What's Needed? Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order management roles. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. What's in it for me?
