Dental Front Desk Coordinator – Experienced (Eaglesoft Required)
Our established OON/FFS dental office is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Front Desk Coordinator who understands the dental field and can help create a smooth, welcoming experience for our patients.
Requirements
• Experience working at the front desk in a dental office
•knowledge of Eaglesoft
• Familiarity with dental insurance, block scheduling, and patient communication
• Organized, reliable, and professional
• Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities
• Patient scheduling and coordination
• Insurance verification and processing
• Managing Eaglesoft software efficiently
• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming office atmosphere
• Assisting with daily front office operations
