Our team has opportunities for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for the 2026–2027 school year! Quantum Resource Professionals is a leading provider of contract therapy services, dedicated to supporting schools with highly skilled clinicians. We specialize in connecting talented therapists with opportunities that make a meaningful impact on students’ lives. These positions are flexible; we can work with your availability because Quantum is owned and operated by therapists who prioritize work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Implement therapeutic activities and provide care in alignment with student IEPs
- Support the supervising Occupational Therapist (OT) in their work activities
- Assist in the assessment of students’ fine motor skills and functional deficits
- Attend IEP meetings and provide progress reports as needed
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate therapy records, documentation, and necessary equipment/supplies
Requirements
- Entry-level degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program
- Passing score on the NBCOT exam
- Active state license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
