Atlantic Eye is a multi-specialty ophthalmology practice with locations in Eatontown, Holmdel, Little Silver, and Wall Township. We've been voted Best Eye Care Clinic in Monmouth County – Two Years in a Row because of our dedication to excellence—and our amazing staff.What You'll Do:Guide patients through their surgical journey with empathy and confidence.Educate patients about surgical procedures and premium lens options.Handle financial discussions and obtain signed consents.Coordinate surgery dates and follow-up care with physicians.Schedule in-office procedures and manage all related paperwork.Answer patient questions pre- and post-surgery.Ensure accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record system.Travel between our Monmouth County locations as needed.What We're Looking For:A people-person with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.Surgical counseling experience required—ophthalmology experience is a plus.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Confident using computer systems and EHR platforms.Team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, patient-first environment.Why Join Atlantic Eye Physicians:At Atlantic Eye Physicians, we're more than just a team—we're a family.
