Front-end Developer

Front-end DeveloperDPP is seeking a front-end developer for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry. Work location: partial onsite Tues., Wed., Thurs. and as needed; remote Mon. and Fri. Duration: 12 months Terms: W2 contract Other: open to remote, no further west than Texas. East coast hours 9AM – 5PM. Training: first week of training is onsite in Columbia, SC. Position summary:Daily activities may include developing and implementing new features and requirements; enhancing and maintaining existing codebases; designing and executing unit tests; validating and verifying code changes; troubleshooting and debugging production issues; and managing source code, builds, deployments, and releases across environments.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to adapt and effectively manage multiple concurrent work requests, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and performance. They are a supportive team that genuinely enjoys each other's company.Required education/equivalencies:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or other job-related degree;OR, associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 8 years without a degree)
