AM Front of House Team Member - Operations and Hospitality (SUNDAYS OFF)

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Chick-fil-A Hamlin is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our Front of House team! If you thrive in a positive, people-first atmosphere and love serving others, we want to hear from you! Must be at minimum Thurs, Fri, Sat and be able to open (5:30 am) or close (11:00pm). PT and FT positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude
- Greet guests, take orders, and accurately process transactions
- Ensure food orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, front counter, and beverage station
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards of food safety and quality
- Work effectively in a team to create a positive and efficient work environment
- Assist with drive-thru operations, including taking orders and expediting food (outside positions)
- Demonstrate a servant-hearted approach to hospitality and guest interactions
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Willingness to learn and grow in a positive work culture
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required
