Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.**Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.**As a **Manager, Marketing Automation Strategy**on the **Marketing** team, a typical day for you will include:* Help develop and execute the Marketing Automation strategy and optimization roadmap across Neighborly brands.* Audit existing customer journeys, campaigns, and automations to identify optimization opportunities and implement a structured testing program to continuously improve performance through A/B, multivariate, and holdout testing.* Develop and manage a structured testing roadmap, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, holdout testing, and iterative optimization initiatives.* Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and engagement trends to identify actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.* Create detailed campaign briefs for the Operations team, outlining business objectives, target audiences, messaging strategy, personalization requirements, testing plans, and success metrics.**Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.***(Required qualifications)** **Experience:** + Proven experience with 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Strategy, Digital Marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and business performance. + Experience developing and executing marketing automation strategies, customer lifecycle programs, and journey optimization initiatives across email, SMS, and other digital channels. + Proven experience auditing and optimizing customer journeys, campaign workflows, and automated programs to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer value. + Hands-on experience designing and managing testing and experimentation programs, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, holdout testing, and iterative optimization methodologies.* **Skills:**. + Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across cross-functional teams. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy + Ability to demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team* **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration Analytics, or a related field.* **Schedule / in-office requirements:** + Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home. + Our office locations are: - 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX - 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, TX**Bring your goals and be enabled to reach them.*** Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience* Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM local time zone* Benefits: Check out our benefits offerings here: Neighborly Benefits* Financial Benefits: Equity and bonus opportunities*Neighborly is fully committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by federal or state law.
