Role Summary The Associate Manager, eCommerce Business Management supports the execution and optimization of key digital commerce channels, fulfillment programs, and strategic growth initiatives. This role reports to the Director of eCommerce Business Management and works closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and external marketplace partners. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day execution and performance across DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, and other emerging channels to drive traffic, conversion, AOV, and customer acquisition. Support omnichannel fulfillment initiatives, including Same Day Delivery, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and an optimized customer experience. Execute App Domination strategies in partnership with merchandising teams to accelerate app growth and conversion. Manage and optimize the Replenish & Save program, including assortment planning, promotional strategy, customer retention initiatives, financial performance management, and long‑term growth roadmap. Monitor and analyze business performance across programs and channels, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and optimization strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales. Develop reporting, insights, and business recaps that support decision‑making and performance optimization. Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key deliverables across stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to an eCommerce Analyst and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Additional Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner across merchandising, marketing, finance, operations, supply chain, product, and external marketplace partners to align business priorities and drive execution. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve execution, and enhance the digital customer experience. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital commerce capabilities to identify innovation and growth opportunities. Develop executive‑ready business recaps, presentations, and strategic recommendations that clearly communicate business performance, opportunities, and action plans. Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team environment focused on accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and culture. Essential Qualifications 4-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in eCommerce, digital, retail, or business management. Prior experience leading projects or initiatives, and experience managing direct or indirect team members. Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening ability. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proven ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong cross‑functional collaboration and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, evolving environment with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this position is $79,900.00 - $100,000.00 per year, with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the company’s bonus plan.
