SAS Administrator

Requirements 7+ years administering SAS environments (often multi-terabyte, enterprise-wide). 5+ years with SAS RTDM (CI Studio, DI Studio, VIYA, GDRID) and digital marketing platforms. Experience with relational database design, data warehousing, and SQL (Oracle, MySQL). 10+ years of IT experience. Technical skills: Linux, JBoss, Apache, shell scripting, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Educational background: Bachelor of Computer Science. Responsibilities Platform Administration: Maintain and operate the SAS analytics environment, including configuration, user management, application bug fixes, and security patches. User Access Control: Use SAS Management Console to grant or revoke permissions, ensuring users can only access authorized data and reports. Maintenance & Upgrades: Manage SAS product installations, upgrades, and patching; perform capacity planning and hardware/software recommendations. Support & Incident Management: Investigate, escalation, and resolve production support incidents; maintain disaster recovery procedures. Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain platform security via SAS metadata and Linux; enforce 508 accessibility standards. Collaboration: Work with developers to maintain in-place programs, support coding issues, and provide best practices for analytics processes. Change Management: Execute change management processes for new SAS releases; document configurations and procedures. Benefits Discretionary Annual Incentive.
